<p><strong>UK Deliveries</strong></p> <p>Delivery costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis due to size, fragility and weight.</p> <p>All framed artwork and wallpaper orders are sent via UPS/DHL with the relevant level of insurance. Once payment has been received, we will despatch the framed artwork as soon as possible. Once despatched, you will receive tracking information so that you can follow its progress.</p> <p>If you would like to receive your order by a certain date or via a direct courier service, please inform us of this prior to paying for your order and we will do our best to get it to you in time. You must be home to receive your delivery.</p> <p>Once your item has been shipped we cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by the shipping company.<br /> If a parcel is returned to us by the shipping company after delivery is attempted for the final time, we will require repayment of the shipping cost before items are re-sent.</p> <p><strong>International Deliveries</strong></p> <p>All orders shipped internationally are final sale.</p> <p>Orders being shipped outside of the UK will be sent with UPS/DHL with the relevant level of insurance. Adam Ellis Ltd has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility for these.</p> <p><strong>Returns</strong></p> <p>Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all wallpaper and framed artwork are final sale.</p> <p>All goods must be checked upon receipt. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you have any questions about the products you have received as we place the highest important on supplying all orders correctly.</p>
