For the new Ivy brasserie, located in the heart of Exeter, our task was to create a series of bespoke wallpapers for the walls and ceilings of this grade 1 listed space.
<p>The grand ceiling coffers were the perfect opportunity for a delicate gold leaf tile. Whilst our Exe wallpaper design wraps the dining area with watery botanicals and native wildlife of the neighbouring River Exe.</p>
<p>The ladies powder room, with its double height ceiling, allowed for flamboyant english garden design. Native flowers weave around tall pergola trellis whilst opulent roosting birds perch throughout the foliage.</p>
<p>The Exe Room, an intimate private dining space, is largely inspired by the River Exe and accompanying botanicals and aquatic life. Oversized Carp, Tench and Trout glide across the ceiling.</p>
<p>Framed classical garden statues hang on the panelled walls, wrapped with delicate butterflies and trailing vines.</p>
